Hi! I am Jamie, the creator of Moms, Faith, & Health (MFH). I use MFH as an avenue to blend my passion for people, health, and God to encourage women to strengthen their faith and experience an inner peace that quiets the anxieties and overwhelm of motherhood and womanhood. 

I'm a lifetime believer. While I have not always wholly served God,  I know that He has always wholly loved me and pursued me. Because of His love for me, I followed His prompting to start Moms, Faith, & Health. I enjoy serving in my local church in the Worship Arts Department, the Children’s Ministry, and with my husband the Connect Group Ministry as a small group for married couples. Additionally, I am grateful to volunteer in a local moms group ministry.

Professionally, I have over fifteen years of experience as a public health professional in education, management, programming, advocacy, Community Health Worker training, grant writing, and grant management.  I have worked in both federal and non-governmental settings to promote healthy aging and nutrition programs for older adults, as well as employees for corporate wellness programs.  I received my Master of Public Health from the University of South Florida and B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.  I have multiple Master Trainer level training certificates as relates to health and aging. 

Additionally, I am an Independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. What I love most about Mary Kay is that it was founded on a principle of God first, family second, and career third.
